Q: When will the payments be due?
A: The payment dates will be on your pay date.

Q: How much can I borrow?
A: Up to $3,000 for Consumer Choice Loans. Up to $5,000 for the Holiday Loans!

Q: When will I receive my loan?
A: Immediately upon approval.

Q: Can I pay off the loan at any time?
A: Yes.

Q: What do I need to bring in?
A: Your most recent checking account bank statement, a blank check, your most recent paystub, most recent utility bill, your Social Security Card and your driver’s license.

Q: What if I do not have a utility bill in my name?
A: It does not have to be in your name; it just has to be at the address matching your license/ID.

Q: What if I do not have checks?
A: We would need to have your debit card and a statement from your bank with your routing and account number showing the two are linked.

Q: Can I get a loan together with my spouse?
A: No, only one applicant per loan.

Q: Do you require a credit check?
A: No, not for the Consumer Choice Loan. However, we do run a credit check for the Holiday Loans.

Q: What types of payment methods do you accept?
A: Cash, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Q: How do I make my payment?
A: You can call in a payment, return to the store or we can set up an auto pay for you.
